Health Policy

Mountain Sport Clinic takes the health of its staff and patients very seriously.  

Illness 

Please do not come to an appointment if you are ill. If you have a new cough, cold, fever, or flu symptoms we will gladly reschedule your appointment.

You can attend an appointment when symptoms are resolving, there is no fever, and you are well enough to return to normal life.  

If you have tested positive for COVID-19 or other transmissible illness, please do not attend an appointment until after you have tested negative.  

Hand washing 

All patients are asked to clean their hands at the start of each appointment. Alcohol based hand sanitizer or soap & water are available.  

Staff have been trained in proper handwashing and are required to wash their hands at the start of the day and between each patient.  

Masks 

Wearing masks at Mountain Sport Clinic is optional. If you would like a mask to wear during your session, please ask our staff. If you need a special booking time at the start of the day, please let us know.  

Cleaning 

High contact surfaces (treatment table, pillows, and equipment) are disinfected between patients.  

Disinfectants and cleaners being used: BioTEXT Surface Disinfectant, BioSURF Hospital Grade Hard Surface Disinfectant, and Lysol. 

Vaccination 

All staff have been vaccinated for COVID-19.
