Patient and Staff Screening

Please do not come to an appointment if you are ill. If you are symptomatic, we will gladly reschedule your appointment after your symptoms resolve.

All staff complete a health screening at the start of each shift.

Hand washing

All patients are asked to clean their hands at the start of each appointment. Alcohol based hand sanitizer as well as soap & water are available.

Staff have been trained in proper handwashing and are required to wash their hands at the start of the day and between each patient.

Masks

Wearing masks at Mountain Sport Clinic is no longer required by public health (as of April 9, 2024). If you are more comfortable wearing a mask, we encourage you to wear a mask in our clinic. Please speak to our front desk or your Therapist if you would like your Therapist to wear a mask during your session. Special booking times are available at the start of the day for those in need.

High contact surfaces are disinfected before and after each patient. High contact surfaces have been identified as: treatment tables, pillows, chairs and switches.

Disinfectants and cleaners being used: BioTEXT Surface Disinfectant, BioSURF Hospital Grade Hard Surface Disinfectant, and Lysol.

Vaccination

All staff are vaccinated for COVID-19.
